Every team should automate.
Most pick the wrong tool.
Integration Atlas exists to fix that. We're a decision engine — not a review site, not a blog, not a vendor. We help you find the automation platform that actually fits your workflow, your budget, and your technical comfort level.
What this site does
We compare automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and n8n across real workflows — not feature checklists. Every guide on this site walks you through a specific use case on a specific platform, with actual step-by-step instructions, field mappings, code snippets, cost calculations, and the troubleshooting issues you'll actually hit.
We tell you which platform to use and why. We also tell you when a different platform would be the better pick. If Zapier is the right tool for your use case, we say so — even on a Make guide page.
How we decide what to recommend
We verify against the actual platforms
Trigger names, action counts, UI steps, and pricing are checked against current platform versions. Every guide carries a "Verified" date showing when it was last confirmed.
We use real cost math
Our cost calculators use published pricing tiers and actual operation counts — not vague "starting at $X" claims. You see exactly what each platform costs for your volume.
We name tradeoffs explicitly
Every guide includes an honest comparison section that says what competing platforms do better for that specific workflow. No platform is the best choice for everything.
Editorial independence
No automation platform pays us to rank them higher, recommend them more often, or soften our criticism. Our recommendations are based on which tool genuinely fits the use case — nothing else.
Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up for a platform through our link. This never changes our recommendation. We'd rather send you to the right free tool than earn a commission on the wrong paid one.

Found something wrong?
Automation platforms change their UIs, pricing, and APIs constantly. If you spot outdated information, a broken workflow step, or a recommendation that doesn't hold up — let us knowor use the "Was this helpful?" feedback on any guide page. We review every submission and update guides regularly.
